A single running page collecting observations worth returning to. Not a summary of everything ingested — a curated list.
The bar for entry
This wiki is prescriptive, so the bar is stated in prescriptive terms. An entry qualifies if it is:
- a recommendation that contradicts current practice — the literature says to do something other than what is commonly done, or than what the curator currently does; or
- a criterion that would change a panel already in use — a threshold, a spread value, a fluorochrome incompatibility that would force a real panel to be rebuilt; or
- a genuine conflict between sources that cannot be resolved from what the wiki currently holds, and that a named future source would settle.
“Surprising fact” is not the bar — actionable divergence is. Routine confirmation of standard practice does not qualify. Most ingests will produce zero entries. If an ingest is producing three, the bar is being applied wrongly.

**Source:** [[AuthorYear - Short Title]] (tier, detector class)
**Finding:** 1-2 sentences, plain statement.
**Why it changes something:** what practice it contradicts, or what it would force a change to.
Not why it is interesting — what it would make you do differently.
**Follow-up:** (optional) 2-3 bullets.
